- Objetivo General:
Diferenciar los términos y usos más habituales de la lengua inglesa en las actividades
propias de la venta: recepción de clientes, módulos específicos de actividad y reclamaciones más habituales.
Los participantes deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Nivel de conocimiento de la lengua inglesa: nivel B1 acreditado o contrastable mediante prueba específica de nivel.
